RETURNS POLICY
Joy First® World is committed to eco-friendly practices, and in line with our zero-waste policy, each item is prepared to order. We encourage you to review our sizing guides carefully to ensure you get the right fit the first time, or reach out to our helpful team, who are always available to assist with sizing or any other queries.
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of receipt to help you find the perfect fit.
Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to process an exchange.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them in. Items returned with pet hair, stains, or marks (such as makeup or deodorant) cannot be accepted back.
To initiate your return, please contact us at hello@joyfirstworld.com, and our team will promptly provide return instructions. Please include a note with your full name and order number inside the return package to avoid delays or potential identification issues.
While we do not cover the postage cost of returning items, we will cover the cost of sending your replacements. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once your item has been received and processed, your replacement order will be handled within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
